Get your party hats on, because starting March 13th, three media-based verticals will converge in Austin for SXSW, a Texas-sized week of creative showcasing and idea-swapping.
The annual festival is hosted by South by Southwest, an Austin-based company that organizes conferences for entertainment and related industry professionals. Though it is primarily known for its springtime event in Austin, SXSW is also involved in North by Northeast (NXNE), a similar seasonal festival held in Toronto, Canada.
