Michael Jackson: A No Longer Living Legend

Today was a sad day for music and entertainment fans around the world. Michael Jackson, long known as the King of Pop, died of cardiac arrest at the age of 50. His death capped a “life of superstardom and scandal” – it ended with his bid to make a comeback with a commemorative tour in London this summer. The Art of Camouflage and Hidden Imagery

Last month I blogged about Emma Hack, a brilliant body painter based in Australia. After seeing her wallpaper camouflage technique, I became intrigued with the concept, and decided to learn more. MOPLA: Month of Photography (Los Angeles)

This April will mark the inaugural Month of Photography in Los Angeles, California (MOPLA). The highly anticipated event was established to inspire and connect photography enthusiasts, professionals, and collectors.
MOPLA will showcase the works of emerging photographers and legendary masters through special programming in partnership with Los Angeles-based galleries, museums, and corporations. Some major venues include Pacific Design Center, KODAK, Helms Street Studio, and the Annenberg Space for Photography.
Organized by the founders of The Focus on Aids Photography Auction, The Lucie Foundation and the Lucie Awards, MOPLA proceeds are slated for several well-deserving causes.
